How it works
When you purchase one of the following from us, you will be enrolled in our Complementary Maintenance Roof Plan.
We will come out and inspect your home for damages annually at absolutely no cost to you. Our goal is to give you the peace of mind your house is in tip top shape. And if it is not, we will work with you to remedy any issue items.

- Inspect & seal of wearable roofing components
- Seal exposed nail heads
- Flashing of nail heads
- Inspect & seal lifted flashing as necessary
- Storm damage evaluation
- Inspection of gutter system
- Inspect chimney flashing
- Inspect roof vents & pipe jack flashings
